Add Promotion tab to "pop-up window"

I would really like to be able to access the Promotion tab from this pop-up window. We use it to plan our social media posts and dates often change. Now I need to complete many steps to be able to change the date (go into sandbox, promotion tab, change date, save). If it was available here, it would only take half the time.
