Campaign Templates

Can we have the option to create a campaign from at template, set up with standard content items. Would like to be able to add or remove content items before campaign is created as well. This would be useful for training webinars, which we do on a regular basis. Note, we tried a workaround by copying and existing campaign and it didn't work.
