TL;DR: It would be helpful if when building reports in the archive, you could add a column for something like "date approved" and one for "(date) attachment(s) added".
I got a request to pull some data I realized I don't think I can quickly grab. We're looking into our approval workflow and trying to streamline things and smooth out bottlenecks.
Essentially, that would let a user (me!) build a report showing the owner, dates of creation, publishing, attachment addition, and approval, along with any other title, audience, etc. fields needed, to help as workflows are smoothed out some.
I've done this to a point with what exists currently, and some excel formulas, but without the information of when the content creator added the content, and when they marked it as approved, it's only so helpful.
