Getting started video/popup
This could be something on my end, but the new user/getting started video pops up any time I clear my cookies/cache, so I'm guessing it's cookie-based rather than unique ID based. On desktop it's only a mild annoyance and I hit don't show again.
On mobile, however, at least on my phone, the video pops up and I can't scroll to the side enough to close the window, as that page (the calendar or content page for instance) wants to render larger than the screen. This effectively keeps me from accessing the page unless I let the whole five minutes or so play, or sometimes I'm able to scroll down enough to click off of the video frame and get it to close.
Since about the only time I'm looking at divvy on my phone is to check something specific in a hurry, it's pretty inconvenient.
Is this something that could be fixed by basing the popup on a unique ID (email or the like) instead of a cookie?

Hey there Jon. We are slowly phasing out the cookie-based tracking methods of when that video pops, as part of our transition from Divvy 2.0 to 3.0.
In our 3.0 interfaces (dashboard and sandbox), once you click never show again, it will recall that decision based on a unique ID. However, our 2.0 interfaces are still using cookie-based tracking.
Sorry you are having to deal with that issue on mobile for now, we are working towards cleaning that up with our redesign.
