Add a custom field that can be edited in the user profile settings and Team/Group admin

It would be great to have a custom field that companies using DivvyHQ could name as they seem fit, in our case Strategic Business Unit (SBU). The field would be able to be edited by users in their profile or by admin in the Team members admin section. From there, it would be included in exports and reporting from the Analytics dashboard when needed.
