a possibility to view all tasks would be super helpful.
- View unassigned tasks <- to detect unassigned tasks
- View unscheduled tasks <- to be able to schedule them accordingly
- View tasks of a specific user <- so that another team member can be assigned in case the actual team member is unavailable (vacation, illness, left the company, etc.)
- View all my tasks (including unscheduled) <- to be able to do some of them (mostly the smaller ones) in gaps of time & to be aware of upcoming time-consuming tasks
Sometimes the campaigns are planned months before, not knowing who to assign to tasks yet. Sometimes we know there will be an event coming up, but the event date is not known yet.
Also, some tasks are assigned to team member A, part of an e.g. team digital (website), and team member B would be able to see and do those tasks. (The users do not always know who to assign which specific tasks, therefore they assign the tasks to the main contact person, not to the helpful assistant.
