Content Request Form Creation - Step 3: Assign Form Admins

The Divvy Details 

Step 3 in the form-creation wizard allows you to select individual members of your Divvy (users) team who should be able to edit and manage this form in the future. In other words, once you create this form, ask yourself who should be able to make edits to the fields and labels, reorder the fields, or be able to add new fields in the future. 

If you don't want anyone to touch the form outside of yourself, then only select yourself as the form admin. If you trust others to make edits, then select them as well.
