This article describes the process for updating your billing information, should that be required in the future.
The Divvy Details
Need to swap out your credit card info? That can easily be accomplished within your Billing area.
Here's a quick step-by-step.
- From your Billing screen, click Update Payment Method to trigger the Billing Information overlay.
- Enter in any new billing details (address, email, etc.)
- If changing credit cards, just type in the new card information and hit SAVE. Divvy will automatically deactivate your previous card and use the new card for your next payment.
Note: Switching to invoice is available by request only.

Can Divvy better explain how to *remove* a previously-provided billing method? I had a credit card stolen, so I deactivated it with my bank. I've attempted in the mobile app and the divvy website to find an option to remove the billing method but there doesn't seem to be a way. Any help would be appreciated for me and other future users.
